Leave of Absence Support and Compliance
Offering in-depth services, optimizing end to end business processes in leaves of absences and disability management. Providing guidance on leave of absence policies, eligibility.
Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local disability regulations regarding employee benefits and leaves eligibility, including, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, Paid Parental Leave and Worker’s Compensation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ensuring successful leave / benefit events.
Help Managers, Human Resources team members and other relevant stakeholders to assist with the resolution and the management of protected / non-protected leave of absences and accommodations.
Advising supervisor and management of observed trends, potential critical issues to be proactive by troubleshooting problem areas before they escalate.
If required provide case management support of all accommodations and LOA claims within US locations (multi-States), including conducting and documenting investigations, analyzing records, and providing recommendation on appropriate outcomes.
Review, update, and maintain all LOA policies as needed to ensure legal compliance, ensure proper distribution and integration with all other departments, HR and non-HR Managers.

Leave Management and Audit Support
For payroll data accuracy: weekly payroll audit that involves all active, return to work leaves updates, updates on leave statuses, income replacement benefits calculations.
For leaves reporting accuracy: perform audit between TPA (Third Party Administrator) reports vs Employer site reports.
For Benefit payments accuracy: we offer a monthly audit between Benefit carriers reports vs. Employer site reports to ensure the Benefits deductions data accuracy.
